Ya this. It is racism.

This might be the greatest stock manipulation of all time. He even announced it was a good time to buy DJT which increased 20%. The countries didn't even all respond yet, the biggest 'issue'-China- retaliated, EU retaliated on earlier tariff and haven't met on newest yet & still leaves a 10% tariff

A few hundred a month wouldn't get you there unless it was $300+ (which is not a small amount for the average person...that's $3,600 a year) and 40+ years. But even then...you wouldn't be rich. A million now isn't amazing to retire on and in 40 years...yikes

Not to mention in 50 years, 1 mil would be not much...

That would require Trump to know American history which he clearly does not.

Which is why he tries to keep it in Texas so he can pay less. Texas caps the max child support at $3860/mon if you have 5 or more children. Grimes with 3 only gets $2760/month.

I think it matters for his ego but you are right. His eyes are set on his private corps. With Tesla he owns 12%. But he owns 42% (& 79% of voting shares) of SpaceX (his take valued at ~$150B) plus major stakes in X, x.Ai, Boring Co. and Neuralink. His future is in those private companies, not Tesla.

Not to a point that he can't cover with other money or more shares.

I have wondered this. It feels like these people act like someone with a crush: they see only the good of their crush and then fill in the blanks they don't know with positives that align with their own views. I feel like these people are very low exposure/intelligence to what is going on.

It is outrage bait, drummed up by the property owner and publiscitist to cover for why his properties are being fined and shutdown for their slumlike conditions and then pushed by the GOP.

They story of people coming with guns was real (well, it was recorded, no one knows what the real purpose since the man whose apartment was recorded is also a member of the same gang). The authorities did not confirm the takeovers and said they were not aware of any being taken over.
comment in response to post
The 'taking over aparments' thing is a narrative pushed by the slumlord property owner who was trying to take attention off of their numerous citations. Even in the video the apartment they supposedly took over was also a member of the TdA.

Ahh the illusive "independent" conservative voter. I still can't believe the dems lost chasing them and many think they need to go more conservative.

This. Am I taking crazy pills? How does this actually help Ukraine vs before the weapons/Intel freeze? The cease fire will help Russia build up as well.

That was my favorite...tariffs, paid for by the American consumer in the form of higher prices, are going to make us rich...

You even went out of your way to leave it to something viewers could 'skip' if they wanted after finishing the main content. There is no pleasing people apparently.

And while wearing that fur coat to. A real let them eat cake moment.

I think someone should tell Vance that if you are emboldening a dictator that is killing many 3 year olds, you're a pretty shit person....

Same thing Trump did with his OG DJT too. Transferred his debt to duped investors, got paid tens of millions while stock plummeted, lost a billion $ and eventually went bankrupt.

Waiting for her strongly worded letter.

They will say it was God's will. That He just wanted them in heaven sooner than the parents did.

It's crazy that people think inexperienced people searching for keywords they don't like = auditing (and also believing those biased people who went looking for said keywords aren't lying...)

Ya the pop he got when he really started Not Like Us was noticeable. A large section shouting A Minor was pretty nuts.

I think his total spending on the fy24 election is now up to $300M.

Lots of reasons. It supports a lot of people who they think are undesirables. It also has been helping Ukraine and in the past were very much against the apartheid in South Africa.

Looking forward to reading it!

What could he add on the amount already in place? He sounds so out of the loop and weak.

Thinking of just some of the manufactured threats over the last few decades: various antichrists in Gorbachev, Sadam (x2), Clinton, Pope JP2, Obama; Islamsist are taking over the jails & America; Satanic Panic; New World Order; all the marks of the beast (vaccines, credit cards, cashless society)...

Well it wasn't in a blink of an eye. It has been going on for decades.

Unfortunately her job is to be on the attack trans/DEI/CRT/woke bandwagon. She wasn't elected to actually do anything productive in Congress.

The mandate was such a joke. One of the narrowest house wins in history (and a net loss of 1 from before the election), plurality and not majority with one of the narrowest popular votes in 50 years.

The idea of a bunch of elitist billionaires being thought of as men of the people is enough to make my eyes roll completely back onto my head

No, he would just be skipped and the President Pro Tempore would be next.
comment in response to post
No. They are just skipped. There are 2 in line currently that are not eligible (DOE sec and HS Sec).

They don't see them as oligarchs. They literally see them as men of the people...

You are forgetting about them going the GOP when they are about to be exposed for some form of abuse or other crime.
comment in response to post
Yep. The vote will end up around 3 million short of 2020 and Trump's popular vote lead shrinks to less than 1.5%. GOP lost 2 House seats from 2022 election leading to an even thinner margin in control of the House. Not quite the "Mandate" hawked early on.
