I read the email steps and I think I'll wait until I have some tea on and clarity of mind to navigate.

Undercover cops helped hold the banner during the protest of the bathhouse raids. Corporate sponsors are of the same cloth it seems.

She mentioned she is still negotiating with the province. She wants the province to spend money on adding a car lane instead of spending money to tear out a bike lane. There was also talk of the lawsuit on Bloor, but I missed what she said.

The question seems crafted from an American perspective at the ire of this Canadian. It also feels like the outcome is anticipated: Canadians telling a friendly American audience why we're angry vs. the American NPR audience telling us they love us and agree with us. To what end?

It's unfortunate what impact Loblaws had on both Church and Carlton St. So many independent produce and food markets and florists lost to that soulless corporation.

What timing... Toronto just opened 311 to snow service requests.

I just looked at the plowTO map. It appears nearly all the sidewalk plows are at the depots and North York hasn't seen much in the way of street plowing for hours.

Lawmakers doing and supporting this in Canada include Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre, Alberta Premier Danielle Smith, and Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe. Remember that.

The seller would either accept the offer or not accept it. (this is not an auction) The seller can always relist at a new price. If the property is run down, costing money, or is of an unknown value the seller might just accept the best offer.

There has to come a point in time where the communications director would see it as a net negative proposition. The comments under Mayor Chow's posts were so vile and toxic for example. Now, she's talking to a room full of haters, while the intelligent having long since left the room.

The typical strategy is to start a bidding war and ultimately end up with a higher selling price then just going in at market price.

Groceries downtown are a chore! For Metro prices I prefer a Don Mills ambiance

I'll suggest many private label products in Canadian stores are from the US. Check any Mac& cheese box.

Today I saw Metro store brand Mac & Cheese imported from US while KD is Made in Canada. Perhaps we should target the grocers about where they source their usually more profitable private label products.
