After the pandemic when we all started seeing each other again, we were looking rough. Fatter, greyer, a little sallow. Then I realized, that aside from the trauma and stress most of my friends went into the pandemic perimenopausal and ended it in full menopause. A bit of an adjustment.

We are fortunate enough to be landlords on a number of properties. We have not raised the rent in 7 years. Why? We have great tenants and everyone deserves an affordable place to live. Our costs have gone up but we absorb it.

Canada just signed a trade deal with Ecuador so the orange juice options will increase now Florida Oranges aren't being bought. Oasis is a Canadian brand in the mean time and Minute Maid is bottled here using Brazilian oranges.
