Also they should realize art is not an instruction manual how to behave. And their black and white thinking makes them oddly similar too... well... Adam

Like our president is litterly trying to get rid of almost anything of queer expression and media right now but no some fictional villain on a charm you werenāt even planing on buying is the major issue we need to focus on š

Anyone remember Insane Clown Posse?
I was watching body horror and Saw at age 15. Why? Because I felt like I could watch it. And if something felt too disturbing, I didn't watch ir

These people's view of the world is so black and white. There is no room for play. Is Alex Brightman evil for playing Adam? I find poetic here because these puritans speak EXACTLY like Adam - the rules are black and white and there's no room for redemption

We still need Adam merch. But yeah these people need to grow up. We are not for them.

I just find it bizarre. I was yoing listening to 50 Cent and Korn. It was all youthful rebellion. In some ways, vulgar art was a protest against cruelty. Hazbin IS in the end about forgiveness and not thinking in black and white. I just find it odd to see young people speaking like boomers.

Hellaverse is the flashpoint of this generarional divide. Viv accidentally produced a major socio-cultural moment

These people view art like Plato did. They see art as being instructive, giving us clear guidelines and lessons and role models. They don't view art as an area of play, of exploration and challenge

Itās wild how many supposed young adult alternative queer progressives treat sex like theyāre bible school children.

I feel like Hellaverse is just for us Millenials who are not afraid of seeing gay people kiss.

We legit have a gen of young adults who are just as propagandized/steeped in purity culture as their boomer evangelical parents/grandparents. Sadly this leads to lashing out at others who ARE comfortable w sexuality under the guise of āprogressiveā morality. Wrote a chap in my MA thesis about it!

Hazbin's aesthetic is juat plain BADASS but beneath it, its exploration of morality and shades of grey are fascinating. I still think Adam is a far deeper character than people realize. The world is FILLED with people who think exactly like him

I think I might also just buy all the Verosika stuff.
But they made no Angel merch :(
