I always called her the Queen of Interaction Design if recommending or talking about her work. She will be truly missed by so many and I'll forever miss her musings on pretty much everything - design in Gov history, prototypes, coffee shops...

Since then I often kept in touch with Vicky - whether via coffee and a catch up, at many many design events - most recently hanging out at the opening of SDinGov or chatting on Instagram...

Vicky was the first Interaction Designer I met at a design event 'Ladies, Wine and Design, Newcastle' in 2018. I remember that night asking her exactly what an Interaction Designer is. Little did I know less than a year later she'd end up being my mentor in my first associate IxD job in 2019...
