I now have access to a compilation by a close friend of hers (not on BlueSky) and will add ours.

At the moment, I think nobody knows what happened except possibly people in her immediate family.
We worked on many things. She was always generous, energetic and passionate. One thing would spark her interest and she’d just light up and go to work!
She gave so much. Her legacy is profound, and I hope her work continues to live on through all of us.
Vicky was an incredible designer - so generous with her time and knowledge and so committed to making things better for people. I'll always consider myself incredibly lucky to have worked on a team with her. A total pro and wonderful person who will be much missed ❤️
She was thoughtful, conscientious and determined, all at the same time.
The public sector has lost an inspiration. She will be dearly missed.
Great thing is, she'll always live on through her amazing contributions and blogs - what a force. How wonderful how many people knew of her and her fantastic work 💜
She was clearly passionate about helping others progress, and making things better and more accessible for the public.
Vicky was warm hearted, clear thinking, and a guiding light to many through her writing. She was generous with her thoughts and her knowledge, and was a big part of our community. We'll hold her close and miss her dearly. God speed.
Vicky & I worked in the same DWP team a few yrs back. She was an enormous influence & inspiration to how we worked then - & to how I continue to help teams work to their best today. I still quote her wisdom today.
We had many good chat together, often in Spanish to help her practice
Accessibility, culture, travel, people - her zest for life put all this before herself.
Kia ora e hoa Vicky x
I was a friend from afar (we never met in person) but interacted with Vicky many times about our shared field. She was unfailingly kind, unsparingly ethical, & brilliant at both doing & explaining what we do. She will be greatly missed & I'm so sorry for your loss.
You never lost sight of the user when speaking to Vicky. It's on us to take forward the care she showed for those around her in her absence.
She'll be missed.
I will always remember Vicky as a learner and a sharer, so curious, lively and generous with everyone. I am grateful for the impact she’s had on the gov community over the years and all that she left behind. We’ve learned a lot through her. She is and will be deeply missed.
Vicky was laser sharp, smart, thoughtful and so generous in her contributions to the design field. She was always 'there', as an unwavering presence and voice
Her number one priority was to design things right for people, and she never hesitated in advocating for that
I know she will be so missed by so many of us in the field of design
I’ll miss your warm welcoming smile and the fun we had at events and socials. Mentor & friend to many!
Her impact and voice will be very much missed.
My condolences to her friends and family.
I had to pleasure to sit a few desks away from her in early days of HMRC Digital Delivery, she was always there to help.
A key member of the north-east design community (and much wider!) and massive loss.
