I'm on the ballot this spring for library board. All the candidates are pro-library so I was pretty whatev about campaigning. But now I know things that make me grumpy. Which means I have to campaign. And actually try to win. I have no idea what the fuck I'm doing so I guess I'll make a webpage 🤷‍♀️

Sewed some reusable cotton pads today so I don't have to buy the single use ones anymore. Then used 5calls.org to call some reps, including one to Pritzker supporting his stance against some of this bullshit. I hate making calls, good or bad, but the site does make it a lot easier.

Okay, I cannot recommend 5calls.org enough. Enter your address and it will find all your reps (federal and state). AND give you a list of issues to call about AND which reps to call about each of them AND a little script for each, in case it's helpful. They have an app, too.
