And people that were promoted did their job excelent in Phantom Liberty - yes we got new game director and new lead quest designer in Phantom Liberty, but did they make worse job then in base Cyberpunk 2077 (when Konrad and Mateusz Tomaszkiewicz where in CDPR) ? No, quite the opposite.

I just wrote to you names of the people who are ones responsible for the story for W3, they are creative minds in CDPR - Marcin Blacha (lead writer in W3), Borys (lead English Writer), much more responsible for creative vision then same names you listed like John Mamais - Producer

But in the CDPR still are Adam Badowski, Marcin Blacha, Paweł Sasko, Philipp Weber, Tomasz Marchewka, Borys Pugacz-Muraszkiewicz, Paweł Mielniczuk, Sebastian Kalemba and many more. And "new people" showed that they're making great games with Phantom Liberty (better then based game)

That's not true. Half of the writers and quest designer that made Witcher 3 Blood and Wine are still in CDPR. And the main writers ( the backbone of the company) are still there - Marchewka and Blacha. In addition the new people helped with Phantom Liberty that was awesome.
