Tbh if it’s hard to get a whole workout in, you can stop anytime you think about it during the day/night and do a few reps of something !! 10 pushups, 10 squats, even a 30sec wall sit randomly, and eventually it gets more consistent. Slow progress but it’s progress !! Also 5-10min workout vids
