Congress is more to blame. Obama had 2yrs where he held the majority, unfortunately Dems also dragged their feet, however the real blame lies with McConnell, once the GOP took control, making his goal to make Obama a 1-term president. GOP is the do nothing political party since 2010.

It definitely wouldn’t surprise me. MAGA politicians are not about helping the constituents who voted them in. Too bad the constituents don’t see this.
