The credits for the DJ R3X station in #thesims4 are so oddly inconsistent. Some are credited to the in-universe fake artist, some are credited to the real artist, and "Blue Milk Surprise" is even spelled wrong. (At least the Batuu station credits are all real names.) #ogascantina #djr3x #galaxysedge

(I've thought about reposting a lot of my finished Starcruiser OC related comics over here too, but the 4 image limit has held me up. Tumblr allows 10 images, letting the comic beats work differently. I guess I could edit multiple panels into a single file, but then each one gets so little.)

The only problem is there are a LOT of panels, and Bluesky limits each post to 4 images. Not sure the best way to go about it without major spam to get them all in. 🤔

It's also a bit of a "I can't force my creative bursts" mixed w/ a messy shift work schedule that kills my motivation. I really should preserve it for the ongoing projects that are taking me some time (ex. Halcyon Sims build, the fic I've been really slow at, & upcoming simultaneous in-game events).

I also read a lot slower these days, so I have MAJOR catch-up to do. But I've been trying to at least keep up with purchasing lot of the book releases, and now I've got a big library to pick and choose what I'm in the mood to do some reading about (or, ahem... fanfic research about 😉)

So despite the implications from the new Story Group that all the rebooted new Star Wars publishing would officially be a more carefully watched canon, I'd just been through the New52 and thought "man am I glad I've never touched the books" & it took me some time to finally take a chance & dive in.

(Especially because this was followed not long after this by DC's New52, which happened just after I got into buying comics. I'd just spent 3 years immersing myself in learning a whole universe for one specific character, who DC then threw out the window with their reboot. I was very disheartened.)

I used to use the Haunting Pedestal because it was a 1x1 item but then they suddenly scaled it up to 2x2 and it messed up my storage room, so I just took them out when I cleaned it up. But I *just* remembered unlocking a pedestal from a Pumbaa quest that might do the trick. I'll check it later!

Maybe I've gotta put them up on a counter or table like other people do for now. They might be safe if they're off the floor. That just takes up so much more space though so I was avoiding doing that originally.

I'm walking into that room to put away those exact same resources that are sitting out because that's where I store them, so then that setting doesn't solve the issue. They should adjust it so it doesn't happen in your house at all. I know I'm not the only one who sorts stuff this way! 😭

I've found some companion collection settings. It's unclear exactly what "Only carried items" means but it doesn't sound like it'll fix the issue. Are my options only: fully turning off an otherwise useful feature or unequipping my companion every time I enter my my house??

(BTW: If anyone has Engineering photos for reference that they'd like to share, I'll take anything and everything. Wide angle, close up stuff, etc. This is a very intimidating room to piece together, re: scale, angles/nooks/crannies, SO MUCH MECHANICAL STUFF, atmosphere, etc)
