Love how the sun hits those bumpy clouds in the last photo. ☁️

Seeing everything here covered with frost is so pretty. Still, I won’t be mad at some warmer weather either!

Good morning Jean and thank you! My husband was driving and I was hanging out of the window taking pictures. He is so accommodating. πŸ₯°

I know, it's in mine too. I wanted to share the song with all of you. Sharing is caring. 😁

His adopted sister. From what I understand, they adopted Arnie Barnie but since he liked to roam about the neighborhood, they decided to adopt this one. Then they adopted another kitten to keep Sister Christian company. Arnie Barnie and his kitten adoption causality effect. πŸ˜„

Great song, right? My husband says he doesn't like that song so... I shall break out in that song throughout the day. 😜

Ok, good to know! I'm 100% about to go put out some peanuts for them and will document. How exciting!!

Haha! You are so right about that. It is definitely their backyard and I'm just the big biped weirdo invading their space. πŸ˜†

They eat my sunflower seeds but I might try peanuts instead. I'm am not above squirrel bribery! 😁

Aww I love that so much! It's amazing how perceptive and smart some animals can be. Perhaps the squirrels and the dog sense your good vibe too. The squirrels here just sit over my head fussing when I'm trying to be incognito and record birds in the marsh.

That looks like a great place to plop down and read a book or sit and just be. πŸ’•

Her little black "mask" is so stinking cute.

You wrote that you wondered what the neighbors were thinking. If I were your neighbor and saw squirrels taking peanuts from your hand I would ask if I could join the party. I'll bring coffee for us and extra squirrel snacks for them. 😍🐿️

A stately fellow! 😍

I'm not going to lie though; I had a tough time seeing him as such a mean guy in 'The Firm'. He was just too sweet in movies like 'Cocoon' or shows like 'The Waltons'.

Isn't it? I would snuggle with it, if it would let me. πŸ˜„

Also, this is a Northern White-faced owl from central Africa. I thought of all people, Owl Feathers would enjoy seeing it. I called it Wilfred Brimley because its little tuft of feathers looked like a mustache. 😁
