It is perfectly legal to know your rights and to educate others about them, too. EVERYONE in the United States, citizen or not, has rights. I will not allow this administration to intimidate us from helping you know about them. Here’s our shareable guide ⬇️: (pt. 1/2)

DOGE should be pronounced as ‘dodgy’ from now on

FYI: You might know me as any number of things, but one of the things I am is a YouTuber who has been running a yearly charity event since 2007. That’s going to become apparent on my bsky feed over the next four or five days. You can learn more about it at projectforawesome.com.

The 2025 Project for Awesome, which doesn't actually start until tomorrow, has already raised nearly $500,000 for organizations like Partners in Health and Save the Children. Pretty awesome! projectforawesome.com

This is basically my entire book in chart form

Yet another plane crash on Sean Duffy’s watch— and the *5th* since Trump “ended DEI madness and restored excellent and safety within the FAA.” 1 dead and 4 hurt after a plane crashes in Scottsdale.

A federal judge just ordered the Trump administration to restore CDC, FDA and HHS webpages that Trump had ordered to be deleted. This comes after doctors sued the Trump administration for interfering with their treatment of patients.

Here are some nice mushrooms

Can we start a purple movement for those who just want to be treated as human beings that are equal regardless of their demographics? We can even rebrand the Green Party to this color.

@hankgreen.bsky.social how should I advocate for my community when America is burning both literally and figuratively? The timing doesn’t feel appropriate to advocate for something else not notably talked about.

Again, the World Health Organization is the single most important global entity in preventing, tracking and controlling outbreaks, epidemics and pandemics and is especially important as climate change and deforestation allow pathogens to mutate, become more infectious and spread to new regions

Donald Trump will be indoors for the inauguration with his billionaire pals. His core supporters will be left outside in the cold. Think about that.

We had to get in on the video action too — Bluesky now has custom feeds for video! Like any other feed, you can choose to pin these or not. Bluesky is yours to customize.

Prolonged screen or reading times can lead to eye strain, dry eyes, and headaches. DO ✅ take breaks! Use the 20 - 20 - 20 rule to help your eyes: 🖥️ After using a screen for 20 minutes 📏 Look at an object 20 feet away 🕓 For 20 seconds

Message from the Director General, Dr Tedros ⬇️ Peace is the best medicine! The #Gaza ceasefire and hostage release deal is welcome and encouraging. Too many lives have been lost and too many families have suffered. We hope all parties will respect the deal and work towards lasting peace.🧵

Republicans are now blocking an effort to allow new mothers in Congress to vote remotely shortly after giving birth. GOP Rep. Chip Roy says, “I don’t give a crap who you are or whether you just had a baby in the last six weeks.”

I think Bluesky is a great platform and I’m here to stay. However, a bookmark function would make the experience SO much better and much more functional for research/ information gathering, especially for reporters. Pretty please @support.bsky.team @bsky.app ?

The Supreme Court will hear a challenge to a provision of the Affordable Care Act that requires insurers to cover the cost of preventative health treatments such as cancer screenings. Understand what's at stake: voxdotcom.visitlink.me/1xCuGx

If it’s going to become more apparent that the church and state are not separate as they are intended to be, are we going to start taxing them as well? It would solve a lot of our nation’s debt….

The hilarious moment of brain fog was just done as I responded “im” to the question “do you know what is part of impossible? … possible.” Maybe I need a nap 😴

I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve made the honor roll for five consecutive terms at SNHU! Huge thanks to my family, fiancé, advisors, NSLS SNT, and friends for their support. 🩵 I can’t wait to see if this term continues the streak! Stay tuned to see if I accomplish this goal ☺️

Way to go my love! I can’t wait to see the results 💚

Some areas across the Great Lakes region have already received up to 3 feet of lake effect snow.

After looking at HR related news during my MBA program, I’ve noticed that companies (Amazon) claim their benefits and competitive pay are great. But that DOESN’T acquit them from having a toxic workplace culture. I hope everyone stays safe during the strike #amazonstrike 📝 apple.news/A-BN20aGpSoO...

Spending a month on Bluesky has created a whole new model of a fight we need to be having right now. Not liberal vs. conservative or whatever, but respect vs manipulation. I am tired of being manipulated everywhere I go. That’s why I like it here, I feel like I’m in charge for once.

I find it basically repugnant when people who moralize about the necessity of community and taking care of one another can’t be bothered to care about disabled people. Maybe not the best way to “change minds”, being angry, but I tried other ways. This is where “allies” should be moving.

Too many people haven’t touched a book since they graduated high school and it shows.

Disabled people are worth protecting. Period.

With a fully remote team of just 20 employees, Bluesky has surpassed 20 million users in its first year since opening to the public and is stealing thunder from rivals hundreds of times its size. At a time when conventional wisdom among bosses is that workers must be in-person to be productive.

Truer words have never been spoken

Its crazy how people want individuals on disability to save and work so they don’t need it anymore but then turn around at the same time and limit the amount you can save. The last time the criteria was set in place was with the ADAAA of 2008….. during a well known housing crash…..

I truly wouldn’t care if a man dressed like the king of England was in the urinal next to me. I get that for extremely online rightwingers, a trip to a public bathroom might be the most memorable moment of the day, but the rest of us truly do not give a shit who is peeing nearby.

It’s sad to think that this might not be available in the 21st century
