Btw, you can get the book without supporting vast corporations slowly being over run by sketchy dropshipping via the wonderful bookshop.org: bookshop.org/p/books/a-ci...

re: sensitivity A story about what it means to feel deeply in a world that often drowns us in overwhelm, but choosing to feel anyway. Told through poetry and illustration, re: sensitivity explores the quiet strength of those who move through life with open hearts.

We will find them new forever (or transitional, temporary, summer holiday) homes so that more people can enjoy good books and you can have some free space at home (for more good books?). 📚❤️ Pictured: a recent donation

If they no longer spark joy, please pass them on to a friend or donate or trade them in at an independent bookstore like ivallan’s.

They may be too associated with who we were (or thought we were) when we read them. Painful reminders of the feelings we had, the person we stole them from or the music we listened to that long and lonely winter. They stand on the shelves for nostalgic reasons, kept by guilt even (it was a present!)

And then there are others that we know we’ll never return to, great as they may be. Some are “good but not for me”. Some may even be too good to read again. Too strong, intense, overwhelming. Their words and stories a powerful punch to the gut.
