Classic liberal media, being in the bag for right wing autocrats like that.

I have been thinking Americans haven't been taught to recognize the threat of fascism like we have with communism. American's see fascism as something that we defeated in the past and doesn't exist today, even though Russia and I suspect China are more fascistic than anything else.

That makes sense. My situation with the Adidas feels more like straight up planned obsolescence. I replace my running shows every six months, but that's because of the foam and not because they suddenly develop holes like clockwork.

Like seriously, what marketer woke up thinking associating their brand with Lumon was a great idea?

Movie you've watched more than 6 times, gifs only.
(Side note: I much prefer the slightly quippier and more dismissive translation "better a pig than a fascist", but this is what I could find.)

People have accidentally used my email in the past, so it could just be that.

Next time, you just have to ask yourself "what's the Jetsiest possible way this could end?"

Have people accused Taylor Swift of being a literal succubus yet, because I feel like that's how a lot of dudes might justify the decline of their favorite football player instead of the more obvious explanation that he's a middle-aged tight end.

I agree with this list and would also offer that American football might be the best sport to watch on TV, while hockey might be the worst.

He's not good and has always been awkward because he's clearly put all of his skill points into quarterback. I don't blame him for taking hundreds of millions of dollars from FOX though.

What's with all the Gs? Well I suppose best of luck, regardless, and I look forward to your future pivot to GM, Gerber, Ghirardelli or maybe goose rancher.

One of my favorite quotes of all time: "They say there are no atheists in a foxhole, but there are more of them than there are libertarians in a bank run."

Is it possible not enough people saw one of the many children's TV episodes where some popular mean crowd pretends to be the main character's friends long enough to trick that character into hurting their real friends?

I guess the only question that remains is exactly how many first round picks The Browns are willing to trade for him.

Past: Worry that the best players could get injured.
Present: Worry that maybe good players could get injured.
Next Year: Don't care when mediocre players get injured.
Year after that: Actively cheer for injury as the worst players are trapped in a battle royale.

I think that's right on all counts. I am not arguing Edelman should go in as much as I am pointing out the QB/NYC/Manning bias inherent in the system. I think Joe Flacco, another QB who has also had average stats and some strong post seasons, is a better comparison.

Oh man. If going super saiyan against the Patriots in the post season gets Eli in, then it sets precedent for Flacco to also get in.
Oh wait, nevermind. He'd have to change his name to Joe Manning first.

And this is how I knew at age 15 that Belichick was a really good coach. I give Parcells a ton credit for turning around the culture and building the talent, but the Patriots were sort of average at best before Belichick came on as an assistant.

That's nonsense.
He's only toasted for his tenure with the Jets and Jets law dictates he'll have success after parting ways with the team if given the opportunity.

They have proprietary Duo integration. If you opt of installing Duo app to use SMS, you have to manually request passcodes by hitting a button, which results in Duo sending you multiple one-use passcodes. Why multiple? Who can say?
