I don't know who this guy is but he's absolute right.

well it has certainly been an amusing prank to let the worst people alive take over the american government for a few weeks, but I think it's probably gone on long enough

Any city could do this. Any city would benefit from it. Vanishingly few US cities are doing it.

The Twin Cities' Metro map is missing an opportunity by not highlighting the high frequency routes that we have like Boston's map. Metro Transit still updates their High Frequency Route map, but it's not found on buses, trains, or even their website if you don't search for it on google.

The lawsuit's dismissal paves the way for Minneapolis to continue pursuing goals it laid out more than seven years ago, including the banning of single-family exclusive zoning.

I love it when patterns of development 100% show a historic railway right-of-way.

republicans should definitely try to stop the corrupt democrats from winning with the electoral college by getting rid of it

One might contend our country is the size it is *because* of train travel.

This is math-illiterate local news reporting. If $9 per day toll charged 180 times (every NYC school day) eats up 1/6 of her income, she makes under $10K per year, post-taxes. And even if this blatant lie was true - which it isn't - she would qualify for the low income tax credit.

This is common on the protected bikeways in Minneapolis, too.

It feels nice to not have to scroll quickly past all the fake blue checks pooping at the top of all my comments. I’m here to stay.

Oh look! It’s a gallery of things I must now order online because it takes 20 minutes to find the Keeper of the Deodorant Key

We could achieve so much by reshaping how we market bicycles, as essential transportation tools rather than just recreational gear. North America has the potential to embrace bikes in everyday life. Cortina bikes gets it right.

We're announcing that for Thanksgiving, the Met Council will extend the Northstar commuter rail service to Fargo, North Dakota. In disagreement with the BNSF Railway, we're turning our commuter rail to high-speed rail. Glide up to 269 mph from MSP to your parent's house comfortably every 30 mins.😊

If you're cold they're cold. Set them on fire.

I really enjoyed downtown Miami when I was there. Its probably the one of the few places in Florida I can say doesn't have consistently bad urbanism.
