We’ve been doing an annual trip to Lake Placid to check off hiking each of the ADK 46 mountains. We’ve cancelled our trip and will head to Tadoussac to whale watch instead (and hike).

And by hockey game, I mean Canada vs the USA and it was rather symbolic and I think that’s the only thing people engaged in on Thursday and Friday (and even still on Saturday).

I’m not on Bluesky that much but I can see all your posts now that I look - so I could have just missed them. There was a hockey game on Thursday that might have pulled people away from other areas and then everyone tired on Friday. 🤷🏼♀️

I follow you on both. I try to never engage on Twitter anymore. I’ll like your post here and never there - but I also rarely open Twitter. Most of my friends who would have followed you in the pandemic (and still do) don’t use Twitter at all anymore (not coviding at all) so never go on.

I sit here waiting to have my IV removed after having just had an MRI of my breasts. It’s advocacy like this that has enabled me to be screened for breast cancer via MRI because I have extremely dense breasts (D density) - which aren’t well imaged on mammograms.
