Without the judicial oversight, in theory could a future president dismantle the US constitution?
Signing executive orders that were unconstitutional, but without a judiciary branch to provide that constitutional check.

Just a reminder that to ensure a separation of powers, the U.S. Federal Government is made up of three branches: legislative, executive and judicial. To ensure the government is effective and citizens’ rights are protected, each branch has its own powers and responsibilities.

If the judiciary was removed and as a result the executive branch could make orders that were unconstitutional and couldn’t be “stopped” as there is no check from the judiciary branch; then couldn’t a future “liberal” executive branch make an executive order and remove the second amendment?

A lot of talk has been said about removing the judiciary branch from the government and the process of making law. Following complaints about judges stopping recent executive orders. This got me thinking about what could happe in the future…

I have absolutely no memory of this protest outside Heslington Hall, even though I was there. Was involved though in the SU and the RAG when I was at York.

You would hope that learning technologies are seen as a potential solution to institutional challenges such as improving achievement, widening participation, accessibility, inclusion; these are often quite explicit in institutional strategies.
Just my thinking.

Sometimes we need to go quite far back to really understand the problem we’re trying to solve.
Much of this should be embedded into the institutional planning and strategy.

Define the issue or problem.
Then see if (learning) technologies is the solution to that problem.
When we focus on tech as a problem to be solved, we lose sight of the actual problems we are trying to solve.
The "use of technology" is not the problem we are trying to solve.
