This is good but someone who makes $48,000/year paying $1700 a month is not what I'd consider affordable. Way better than market rate, sure. But that's a huge chunk of this person's income!

This is the problem with a lot of conspiracists. they start from a reasonable premise and then spiral into madness. We live in a world where MKULTRA and Epstein were real! Conspiracism says "well if that's true then xyz" must also be true." Accepting that the truth might be unknowable is scary.
