today was my last training with Yvonne, though i expect i will return to train with her in the fall. for the summer, i've two workout circuits to follow and i know how to build on them. so yay except for today's training has me on my heels. i need food and a nap. 😹

Actually, I shouldn’t be too harsh on poor Brendan. Just outside Termonfeckin there’s an aul fellow called Pádraig O’Leprosy who has the Cure for the throat-bollix. All he does is rub your neck with his flannel and those oesophageal testicles melt right away.
