I fail to grasp the difference between Centre and Middle, the two words are synonyms :D So if we take in this way if The Mooch moved from Centre to Middle, he stayed right at the same place :D

If You´re not up to reading a book, surely you could appreciate a series of short videos on the topic of misguided city planning (always talking about American cities, but lessons can be learned for our own ones in Europe too) and work your way up from there :) (Post 5)

While the book is naturally based around the American development pattern, as I am looking for example into zoning and building codes in Hungary, I realize now that in many ways we are not as different as I previously thought. (Post 4)
