I have found that sometimes, those behaviors become habitual, and some time after that, THEN they might become sincere.
It's a process, nobody (usually) explains it, and I think a lot of folks (incorrectly) conflate not noticing with emotional health.

And this is JUST Los Angeles City proper. Add in the rest of the county, AND the MULTIPLE other counties that are part of Greater LA... and you could do a similar map with New England States.
