Small businesses operate on a very thin margin and often have to compete with corporate giants like Amazon. Website hosting can get very expensive very quickly, so many of them use social media instead because it is much more affordable.

I agree with this so much. I also feel like Bluetooth headphones cancel out too much sound. If I'm out in public, I still want to be able to hear sounds in the world around me.
