Ha -- same! I pretty much never talk like this and I was very skeptical at the beginning of this process. Work like this is accomplished by a lot of front line folks, but all I know is that I have never in my life seen MBTA improvements like this and it seem to correspond directly to his tenure.

The orange line improvements are miraculous -- truly unbelievable stuff that I would have previously thought impossible. But here we are: a clean, reliable subway line that can go from the end of the line to downtown in like 18 minutes.
