I worked in administration at a large private university and we had the same policy. Probationary periods were mandatory for all new staff. Had zero to do with performance. It was 90 days before you became a regular employee. These scumbags have never had a real job so how would they know?

Fired for cause or poor performance vs laid off makes a huge difference in one’s ability to secure unemployment. These scumbags have to “fire” them because they don’t want them to qualify for unemployment. Disgusting.

Dude, if the fertilized egg is in her fallopian tube (which is likely), the tube can burst and cause massive internal bleeding. Ectopic pregnancies are life threatening. She can’t just hop on a plane, assuming she even has the $$$. She needs help asap.

💯. These adults need to experience the painful consequences of their actions since their parents clearly did not teach them that life lesson.
It’s a shame the rest of us will end up in the camps with them, though.
For now, all I have left is schadenfreude.

Here’s the weird thing, though. I live in Mexico rn and, speaking Spanish, I can roll my fucking rrrrrrrs like Sophia Vergara.
Just can’t make that quick change from R (middle of the palate) to L (back of the front teeth).
Brewery is just even not a word. Someone made it up to torture us.

Rural. Rurally. Brewery.
Can’t say them.
Rurl. Rurly. Brewry That’s a good as it gets.
I’m an Okie, but I feel like my tongue grew up in Glasgow

I moved to Mexico from Los Angeles in 2021 and we have literal blackouts twice a month, sometimes all day. Yes, America, we can stop buying crap for 24 hours. It’s not hard. Just don’t open your wallet. Make spaghetti and play dominoes with your friends for one day. 😀👍

It’s eugenics. Look up white nationalism and its role in eugenics and the “Great Replacement.” You will see some familiar names who are working now in this administration or behind the scenes.

Good one. I love these docs. I grew up down the road from a white nationalist, plural marriage compound in rural Oklahoma, and my cousin was one of the wives, so yeah…

Well, to be fair, a woman’s pregnancy and the resulting newborn is very stressful on men. 😂🤣

People, by and large, are shit. The good ones are tiny candles in the black night. Covid showed us. I take no pleasure in knowing this.

I appreciate the sentiment, but this isn’t how early childhood trauma works. I know a women raised by an abusive narcissist who only recently was able to go no-contact with her abuser due to financial abuse. She is just learning simple things now, like how to prepare balanced meals. She’s 36.
