NEW: @elfaroenglish.bsky.social identified a SECOND man sent to El Salvador and imprisoned who is married to a US citizen. Jesús Ríos entered the US at a port of entry in 2023 seeking asylum. His wife started the green card process in January. Like most sent to CECOT, he has no criminal record.
