People going on about the falling turnout numbers not factoring that if you rent as many people under 45 do, you might have to move 4 or 5 times between elections. Doesn't bode well for voter registration. #GE24 #GenerationRent

Things we've learned from the election 1. The far right has been rejected (now let's stop giving them air time). 2. Posts and followers on social media don't reflect real life (they are mainly bots and/or not from Ireland) 3. The Irish pay no heed to Musk, and he doesn't have influence here! #GE24

I completely get throwing yourself into the fight for people who share your own marginalization, but I want to stress that disabled people exist across every intersection. When you make stuff that’s a direct threat to our lives about how it does or doesn’t affect you, you’re cutting people out.

I would ask people to make disability rights service, respite care & timely healthcare a red line issue . In addition the abolition unfair immoral means test family carers have to go through & the unfair conditions placed on people in receipt of disability allowance. #GE24 #GeneralElection2024
