Ive said this before. Unions have a moment in time to create parallel, Non Profit Trust or Associated Health Plans and offer them to small to medium size businesses. Unions can negotiate far better than SMBs or associations . Imagine if millions got their healthcare from unions ? Thoughts ?

Had a student send me an email today asking how I’m doing after yesterday. I keep politics out of my classroom but they’re part of the lgbtq+ community and know I’m an ally. It was hard to be the adult and say “we’re all in this together and there’s hope for the future” when I’m really, really sad.
