I’m also autistic and wear noise canceling headphones for the majority of my work day, I love them!
The only downside I’ve experienced is now I get overstimulated waaaay faster without them compared to before I started using them.

Just finished How We Learn to be Brave by bishop Mariann Budde! Although I’m not a religious person, this book saved me from crashing out this week.
I think I’ll read Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World again next because it’s one of my favorites!

Also the fact that this is distracting from the incoming ICE raids on sanctuary cities as well as the Gaza ceasefire (which trump assured netanyahu would be *temporary*) is not a coincidence!!
