This type of mass insanity has been a part of the human condition since time immemorial. Trump is the modern day equivalent of Henricus Institor and social media is the modern day vehicle for Malleus Maleficarum type thinking.

Yes, he owns it but until the opposition party learns how to hold him accountable nothing will happen. It is not that Trump is so strong it is that professional politicians are so weak.

If you spend any time outside of the US and find yourself needing any kind of medical care it becomes quickly apparent how seriously dysfunctional the US system is. Any attempt to make change in the system is opposed by an army of interests with equity in that system.

It will be an interesting read. I have spent a lot of time traveling internationally in the last couple of years. The contrast between health care in other countries and the US is crazy. I can get uninsured care in many countries for less than the cost of copay in the US.

Would it be possible to generate a map graphic that demonstrates this? Popular vote state by state? For example, TX is always shown red. If you color the map 56% red and 42% blue it looks a lot different than solid red. It also is different than solid red with blue areas in Austin/Houston.

I agree. It seems that most of the pundits are engaged in Monday morning quarterbacking in a desperate attempt to maintain their credibility and status as ‘experts’.

I think this is spot on.
