I was a DoD civilian employee for 33 years. When I opened my IRA I always referred to it as my “I don’t trust congress” fund. Here we are.

His administration is a blend of the Dunning Kruger effect and the movie “Being There”.

A couple of comments almost get it right. Here’s how it works. 22nd amendment says he can’t run for pres. So he runs as VP to Vance, they win (God forbid), Vance resigns, FFOTUS has a third term. The amendment didn’t go far enough by a failure of imagination, preventing running for VP.

I’m old enough to remember when there weren’t drug commercials or ads. But there were cigarette ads. I’m ok with no drug ads. Might make drugs cheaper maybe?

If Musk were ‘only’ an advisor to the president he wouldn’t be taking direct action under his own name, ordering individual employees to do something outside the chain of command. By taking such actions he is operating as a government official, not an advisor.

Are the DOGE whiz kids so stupid not to filter out any email not coming from a .gov domain? Any legitimate government employee should be responding through their chain of command from their .gov email. Assuming of course that they should be responding at all individually outside their department.

I’ve been saying for a long time that the greatest threat to national security is Donald J Trump.

Divided you fall, united you stand. So unite with the rest of the sane republicans who see the destruction of the constitution and stand!

This is the real bottom line, making America irrelevant.

Dear Republican senators and representatives, a great American once said “United we stand, divided we fall. “ That applies to your response to the president. If you take a stand individually, the president has power over you. If you stand together you collectively have power over him.

The greatest truths are often said in jest.

@chrislhayes.bsky.social has the key, FFOTUS is winning the competition for attention. Things will only change when opposition to all of this corruption commands more attention.

Treat it like the political campaign that it is. Buy air time on Fox. Flood the zone.

So what are the chances the current administration simply ignores the law, again, and never implements the changes?

If we still had a justice department Elon would be under investigation for obstruction of justice for eliminating the very agencies that are investigating him and his companies.

Great grift. The best grift, the likes of which no one’s ever seen.

I’m shocked, shocked that the FFOTUS wouldn’t honor an agreement or contract he signed.

What FFOTUS calls an executive order, any other manager would call an action item taken by a department head at a staff meeting. The EO is just all show, but then that’s all FFOTUS is.

Per Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, donald j. trump, j.d. vance, the entirety of Congress, the entirety of the trump administration, and all local, state, and federal agencies who'd assist donald trump in any way have no legal or constitutional authority or power to do so. Plus, all of these laws:

So, “they” should also study chemicals like sodium. Did you know that it’s a highly reactive metal? Not to mention chlorine which is deadly. The combination of those two, my god, what would happen then.

Do not wait. Do not take a breath. That was the response in the 1930’s and by the time people and countries began to respond it cost tens of millions of lives.
