CDC doesn't seem to think HPAI/H5N1 is a major threat to humans as of Dec. www.cdc.gov/bird-flu/pre... 5 human cases in CO in July were described with the curious phrase "presumptive-positive". Looks like they were trying to sequence the virus from patient samples, but I didn't follow further.
