Thanks! A note: I didn't use his folding method for the loaf, I just shaped it as one would regular bread. I cloaked it in a bit of flour for ease of turning because it's a sticky dough. Came out great! The rolls are always a hit, too. A solid and reliable recipe!

The older I get, the less I like winter. BUT, if I have to live with winter, I prefer it to be snowy. Months of brown and gray become unbearable.
