I suppose the farmers can use the aquifer. Then we can worry about saltwater intrusion. The commander should know better. Trump should be intelligent enough to ask those that understand such things. That is what leaders do. They accept their limitations and know to ask those that know.

Thing is that there are other delivery systems that bring water to LA basin including the Owens River in Eastern CA and the Colorado River, but the later is already over budget waterwise.

One, it is not the FBI's place to endorse a product. 2, Define RAM. Most computers nowadays do not have physical hard drives. Most are now SSD. These could easily be falsely considered as Random Access Memory as it is stored in a chip. I would bet that the FBI has a way to circumvent VPN.
