Best thing to do about deposits is build enough new homes that rents start to fall!

If he played at RWB then Lindstrom could push higher up the pitch. Hes only 27 and he would be a massive upgrade on all of our full backs

I think this was a Thelwell not a Dyche decision

We will get that money back once you total his loan fees and transfer too

We will get our money back on Maupay and most of it back on Beto.
NDiaye, Tarkowski, Onana, Garner are all good signings. At the same time he massively trimmed the wage bill and we have had the second lowest net spend in all of England the last 3 years.

5 out of 7 players there were signed on loan because we don't have any money. When he's had money to spend, and there hasn't been much, he has done alright

There is such a lack of quality in the squad, I think it makes sense to sit back and keep it tight. Biggest thing we can do is add a couple of players in January

This dismisses the chance of a Starmer second term, though an expensive social care plan dropping pre election doesn't help that...

Tbf to the Tory members the other option they had was Jenrick

True. The issue is that rents have far outpaced wage growth!

Supply of sufficient housing

The more homes than households point is infuriating. This definition of households measures how people live not how they want to. 5 professionals in a flat share counts as 1 household even if they would chose to be 5 if housing was not an issue

This is brilliant, thank you!

Brilliant, why not let a largely unused building stand in the way of billions of pounds of development?

Is there a media role for greater scrutiny? Should parties be scrutinised harder come election time on the dividing lines they drew as they were politically useful but have since abandoned? Could that lead to more collaborative politics?

Believe in yourself
First time Labour voter and they have done some good stuff, onshore wind etc. They need to spend their political capital on more things like this, especially housing. I agree with the winter fuel stuff but there are much more important fights to have

A 12 month contract brings around a decision point as to whether you sign up for another year at a large amount. Monthly it's rarely canceled as we can cancel any time and it's only a small amount next month!

So once again, where would you like people to live? The example you gave before was next to an A road so satisfies at least some of your requirements. Remember we need millions of new homes in order to meet people's housing needs

These people already live in the UK and consume infrastructure. They are just crammed into unsuitable housing with little way out and to find a home for themselves.

This is next to the A12 and slap bang in-between Colchester and Ipswich. Where would you like people to live?

At some point the press are to blame, people have the right to a moan but that doesn't mean they should get an article published by the BBC about it. Especially when you consider what they are moaning about

Quite cross is definitely an emotion. Would love a version of this column about what we can do to support development near us!

Big fan of these columns. Love the format of you talking to yourself with cynicism and sarcasm!
