More than an inconvenience, this is a serious accessibility issue and an injury waiting to happen. What if someone miscalculates where the curb is or slips trying to get on? All it takes to solve this problem is a shovel and some care. This isn't a resource issue, it's lack of care and empathy.

A stronger, more equitable profession needs to include the removal of these exemptions, along with further protections to ensure the Architect/Intern Architect relationship is a healthy one. Let's not keep paths open for those who practice in unjust, unethical manners. 2/2
