I completely got off of it (aside from online gaming) when I had a psychotic break in 2019. Stayed off for about 3 years and that was the happiest/healthiest time of my life. Now I just use it when I'm really bored and tired. Usually like 30 minutes before bed :)

I will say there's a chance nothing grows in that time and you're fine, but I don't like taking the risk, and legally, restaurants aren't allowed to. If something is left out for 4 hours or longer, it gets trashed.

Bacon, chicken, tomato paste, cream, among other things in this recipe are all fast spoilers. Plus any cooked food shouldn't be kept between 40-140° for more than 4 hours. That's the perfect temperature range for bacteria (like salmonella, E. Coli, etc.) to grow in.
