Jag tänker att det är viktigt att få nog med protein som person 60+. Och då funkar inte rekommendationerna. Man tränar. Man vill bygga muskler för framtiden. 1,5 - 2 g/kg kroppsvikt protein är det som behövs. Ingen vegetarisk diet kommer fixa det.

Vi ligger på mer. En del vilt, en del kyckling, men nöt och lite fläsk, som gör att vi passerar 350 g kött med råge. Plus chark. Så vi är nog lite förtappade.

I don’t know. He has been wobbly re Russia and Ukraine. Too understanding of the russian position. Tried to encourage ukrainian youth to be forgiving of the russians. To me, this is totally unacceptable.
