Pretty good pick up from the waiver wire 👏👏👏

I like your suggested trade. The question(s) when if Pens make the deal?Weeks before deadline or at the deadline when they perhaps know they are out of it & would they make the deal within the conference or out of it & lastly would Crosby not want to go to a Cup contender & not a playoff contender?

Thanks for this. Many memories re Lansdowne. Living out by the experimental farm by Fisher Avenue we would bicycle to Landsdowne as kids for all events Riders, 67s, The EX, etc. Looking forward to 2.0 and keeping my fingers 🤞 for a roof.

Exactly could not believe the empty seats directly behind the team benches 🤷‍♂️

Beautiful wintery scenes. Grew up in the area and brings back many fond memories.

I was 10 & actually very fortunate to attend the game.My Dad & I had season tix in the West end zone that he had purchased from Benny Steck IGA.Such a great time to be a CFL fan especially in Ottawa with Rider greats Jackson, Stewart, Tucker, Racine, etc. Will take note of the website thnx for that.

I hear you, I don’t have old newspapers but still have a few scrap books. These are a couple of those pics from 1967 Grey Cup held here in Ottawa between Ti-Cats and Saskatchewan. So many memories. I’m certain you’ll recognize many CFL Hall of Famers. Cheers

Not easy to come out of FLA with 2 back to back wins especially right after Christmas holidays. Habs deserve many kudos for their effort this weekend 👏👏👏

Sure is but probably around 3.5M IMO

Don’t remember when they had such a lethal power play 😉

Agree 💯 thanks for this Jack. Laine has been a breath of fresh air and so what if he only scores on the PP. If it turns out that he is a one trick pony - which I doubt then that’s ok too - there is room for a PP specialist just as much as one dimensional football players known as place kickers 😉

Have a great weekend also … just 4 more sleeps 🎅🏼

Well put. Everybody needs to breathe through the nose and “arrêtez de s’enfarger dans les fleurs du tapis” and believe in Gorton and Hughes. No one ever said a complete tear down was a walk in the park but there is light at the end of the tunnel and it’s not the ACME train

Thanks for this Brian much appreciated, spot on.Re needing RW sweep absolutely, can’t take 2 steps ➡️ then 2 steps ⬅️Time to kickstart things.Wifi is coming along just fine & progressing as a valuable asset to the D corps.Unlike many fans & media I 👍 the way MSL has handled his development. Cheers

79-80 Expos lost to Pirates & Phils last weekend of the year and we all know what happened in 81 with the Dodgers. All 3 teams won the WS in those yrs. Chances are if The Expos win out over those teams there could very well have been WS banners hanging in the Big O IMO. 😉 Great show fellas 👍

Agree 💯 Luke is too good to be sitting at home and he certainly could help the Habs and if not them he could be plying his trade elsewhere.

Thanks for this Jack. I love Eric’s take on having refs being accountable but this is a league that can’t or won’t disclose injuries so this unfortunately won’t happen in the public’s eyes.

Agree however it is applicable thinking for both the Sharks and Ducks that The Sens are also a team they need to beat to make the playoffs. Hopefully should make for upbeat play and exciting games especially when playing tonight at 10:30 😉

And finally my last golf travel happened in Calgary AB beginning of August. We had the opportunity to play Mount Kidd at the Kananaskis Country Golf Club. Simply put beautiful and spectacular. Course was challenging but fair. Hope to return one day.
