This week I stepped away from acting. It’s been coming. It should have happened earlier. In 2022 I had heart surgery. It was a quintuple bypass. I talked openly about it and let my friends, including director/producer/casting friends know about it. Three months post surgery I was fine. (1/6)

Yesterday I went ice skating for the first time in years. It was my fourth attempt in 30 years. I fell spectacularly twice, modestly twice and managed to stay upright for the majority of the time - if not a little wobbly. I ache today, have a sore back and swollen knee. 5/10.
