Correction: ex’s adopted daughter.

One pretty obviously false allegation of child molestation. And a marriage to the stepdaughter of an ex-girlfriend. …Why do you want so much to hate WA that you make up falsities and get mad about them?

You have the facts wrong. WA’s *daughter* Dylan Farrow accused WA of one single act of sexual assault. Nobody else ever claimed to be sexually assaulted by WA. And WA did not marry his daughter. WA married his ex-girlfriend’s stepdaughter, Soon-Yi Previn, who WA did not raise.

There is only one accusation of only one instance of pedophilia by Woody Allen.

Please do not apologize. A historian who tells the truth and exposes lies is a hero!

Musk is very narcissistic and very delusional. Only immature, foolish people would want Musk as POTUS.

I think that you and I are talking past each other. At least, I don’t understand your point.

I want to see proof that the left is more vicious than the right toward Chatterton.

I find Musk both horrifying and moronic. Definitely not entertaining.

Unless your tone is that there is only one reasonable position on the issue, so the good faith of the opposing speaker is suspect, you will lose the debate. “Mass rape and mass murder of children — good or bad? We will present speakers on both sides of this tough issue and let you decide!”

When Elon Musk speaks extemporaneously, as happens a lot these days, e.g., X posts, CPAC chats, it becomes clear to anyone with an IQ above 100 that Musk is not particularly intelligent and is childish.

Rubio has average intelligence, bad values, and weak diplomatic skills. Rubio has earned high positions in government by sucking up to rich people and doing their bidding. Rubio is irrelevant to any effort to help Ukraine or Europe, whether Rubio is bogged down by Musk/Trump or not.

Clarence Thomas pretends to admire Frederick Douglas. I wonder if Thomas will pretend to be upset by this cancellation.

I am paying more attention to Elon Musk these days. He is *comically* stupid. And petty.

That headline reminds me of an Onion headline: “German Jews Concerned by Hitler’s Kill-All-Jews Proposal”

The relentless demonization of non-Republicans in the mass media makes stupid people like “IRS guy” unable even to contemplate not voting Republican. That gullibility gives Republican operatives and oligarchs free rein to loot the country for profit and sadistic pleasure.

I have no sympathy for this idiot.

The content of your letter is very strong as well as concise. Who knows what the NYT editors are thinking these days?

And there appears to be some text missing before the word "when" in "the same conventional and common-sense relationship when we debate how citizenship..."

In the sentence starting "But most importantly," you meant "endorsed" but wrote "endorsing," right?

Vance and Rubio look like deer in headlights. How embarrassing and tragic that the USA is represented internationally by slime like Vance and Rubio.

Yes, those children are US citizens as the law is and has been understood for over a century. But the SCOTUS could always choose to flip that law upside down, to make it racist, in thinly veiled service of white supremacy.

You missed my point. Yes, there is citizenship by naturalization in the U.S. But there is *also* citizenship as birthright. Randy and Ilan are trying to erase citizenship as birthright with ridiculously flimsy arguments and misreading of evidence.

Bork taught at YLS. Chua and Rubenfeld teach there now. There are several butt-wipes among YLS professors.

Randy and Ilan are aware of what they are doing. They are just assholes. Please stop implying that Randy and Ilan are mere ivory-tower types, oblivious to the implications of the fraudulent theory about birthright citizenship. Randy and Ilan want a whites-only America.
