Just overheard a student in the supermarket telling his friend he is taking a return flight to Fuerteventura tomorrow morning. For one day. 6000km 1.16 tonnes of CO2 per passenger (return). How much? £38. Without heavily taxing or rationing aviation, we aren’t getting out of the climate crisis.

On the contrary, an LTN opponent once FOI’d ambulance attendance times inside the Low Traffic Neighbourhoods I delivered in Hackney, but didn’t subsequently crow about the results…because ambulances were found to be getting to addresses in the LTNs more quickly than before they were introduced…😂
