Content warning: blood, serious head injury. A woman was run down and trampled and clubbed by LAPD officers on horseback. She appears to be seriously injured and bleeding from the head as an officer drags her limp body along the pavement.

Stamos seems to like to show up when he's in the mood.

Yes! This is likely my favorite Roches tune. Much props to Fripp and his King Crimson mates for adding masterful flourishes while showing the restraint necessary for the Roches harmonies to remain the focus.

Only 3 times. You were shortchanged. Pretty sure we got 4 in Asheville.

Kind of shocked that rickrolling couldn’t push Never Gonna Give You Up into the top 10

Awesome. There’s so many good local bands both days. Definitely hoping to make it out to that

Totally. For as much as I love some shoegaze, a lot of it can be so painfully monotonous. It's exactly why Cloakroom caught my attention. Asheville consistently disappoints me in regards to turnout

A defining characteristic of being an artist is the ability to spend an inordinate amount of time on creating something that either a) no one will ever see, b) no one will ever care about, c) you'll immediately throw away because nothing is ever good enough

Yeah, especially in a room as large as Orange Peel. I'm pretty sure Ty (and maybe Mikal) played solo acoustic at Grey Eagle the last time they came through, so I was surprised that they weren't going electric for this tour.
