The problem is that it doesn’t stop the Dems whose sole role is to count Mississippis in order to fundraise off of losing. I voted for Kamala too. She made for a better enemy than Trump.

Long story short, prayers have never saved our nation. Only when we unite, & take action based on the science of a situation have we achieved brief moments of greatness. It was after decades of unanswered prayers that the founders took action against the oppressors that granted our independence.

It shows how absolutely starved a part of the electorate is from being listened to. It’s a sad and somewhat ridiculous turn of events, but there’s a primal thing there both men speak to in their own different way.

Hey, as a therapist, I don’t dissuade anyone from smoking weed, ever. If they’re on meds, I just will throw in “make sure you’re telling your prescriber” so that things aren’t interacting with each other the wrong way. My problem is more how do I not insinuate to them just how much weed I smoke. :)

There’s the issue, though. Is buying a home for the first time even in the thoughts of folks who are struggling? What was there for them?

It’s absolutely the lack of populist outreach to the working class. They had me, leftie unaffiliated white-passing Latin dude with a graduate degree. I wasn’t going anywhere.

This should have sold to the actual Banana Republic. It’d look great next to the merino wool sweaters and traveller jeans.
