If you are viewing Bluesky with a black background (Dark mode) got to Settings > Appearance > and switch to Light mode.
You can't adjust your image in Bluesky, so you will have to go back to your image in Lightroom to lighten your whites. Use Selective colour > whites if that option is available.

Put your appearence setting on "Light" mode. Then when you are importing an image the edges will show how the whites will appear. If they are too dark you can go back and adjust.
