Absolutely agree that it’s a moving target. A part of what I’m writing about is how mechanics over velocity needs to be emphasized at those younger ages, and sport specialization should not happen during puberty, the literature points to that also being a major culprit in these overtraining injuries

I guess the question is how willing the MLB is to change the rules to solve this issue, but even then pitchers are still going to get hurt. 🤷🏼♂️

Currently doing research on elbows exploding for my undergrad thesis, and basically all the literature points to velo being the culprit (which we knew), but I just don’t see there being a fix for it to be completely honest.
