This is a fantastic question. Easy answer is they don't want to be targeted for losing their minds, perhaps they are quietly lobbying key people, and hoping it passes. I am so frustrated by it. But look at Mattel, Apple, etc. Horrible timeline. Horrible. All we need is ~8 party changers?
