Can a style be "cardboard"? If so, more people should choose it 😎📦

Thanks!! We go through so much apple juice I thought I'd do. Quick little facade, and it turned out better than I'd imagined! 😁

Congrats on the 6k! I'm not quite sure what you mean by "have the spoons" but I do eat a lot of cereal, which helps supply me with the cardboard I use to make most of my art. (Wow I'm amazed at that segue into an introduction. Shocked.) Those are some epic aliens- these are about as close as I get.

Congrats on the lucky 8.5k! Easy! red. My sister always told me never to use red in coloring books, so maybe I'm just rebelling by loving it so much. 🛑 Stop sign red specifically 🛑 Now to try and find some of my work that includes red... (I'm mostly a brown cardboard guy so this'll be tricky)

11 is a cooler number than 10 anyways.. congrats! I'm a first-year Communications Student, but do a lot of sculpture on the side. My blog/portfolio site is www.jsteelycr8.com! Here are some of my more fantasy-esque creations, though it's nothing like your incredible digital aesthetic!

Congrats on the 6k! It's so hard to pick! The wackier the project is, the more I tend to enjoy it. Here are a few favorites.

Ahhh!! The midtones of cardboard looks SO GOOD with the pitch black of the birds and your white outlining.

I got the chance to test it out recently, and I will say it's not nearly as precise as we can get our knives after years of practice, but that's not the point. Actually there is no "point", that's why it's so safe for kids. I won't be getting one myself, but for kids it's perfect!

My grin has surpassed my ears and bystanders are beginning to worry--I'm that excited.

Not for much longer if it's a currency I can spend on cardboard art...

If I'm not mistaken this thing is about to be MASSIVE... what do you use for supports when it gets out that far? If it's just cardboard then what god adhesive are you slathering?

No... Way... I'm so ready to see this. 🦖📦

Wow. Your art is incredible! The mixture of animals and human is unnerving at times, but so beautiful all the while. This #artshare reminded me of just how much I've made, and just how disorganized all my files are! Thanks for inspiring a--what I'm sure will be hours long--file cleaning session!

I'm a bit worried for him... not just his sanity shift in the second image, but who would shoot at such an innocent guy?? Unless...

For your spare, you can never go wrong with extra cardboard cubes lying around. You can stack em, you can throw em, you can turn them into cubist self portraits or a six sided picture of a dog... Cubes are where it's at.
