Brian is also recruiting for a study, where he's looking to interview young people with pre-existing conditions on their experiences of the COVID-19 pandemic. Please share with anyone who might be interested - and get in touch with him at [email protected] to take part!

Forgot to say: I’ve found the accompanying breathing/relaxation exercises (in GIER up on the app) really complementary to the treatment. These have helped too.

Ah, been there, I understand totally. Especially earlier on, I noticed the sensations would decrease over the course of a single treatment too, so I would then edge up the intensity within that treatment. Best of luck 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

I’ve been using Nerivio for nearly 2 months for chronic migraine. It was my doc’s recommendation.
I think it’s actually helped(!!). I tolerated higher settings the more I used it - I started around 20% but am up to 45% now. The cost is painful though 😳

I use my own spreadsheet. I’ve found apps I’ve used not great for chronic migraine recording particularly as their nature and associated symptoms have evolved (might work better for episodic) and for documenting different medications.

I’ve tried Nerivio, it was the one recommended by my migraine doc. I’m only on week 3, so it’s early days still. I suspect it’s reducing the severity though.

We may have taken visitors here for photos, ahem. Sure it's so close to Zugspitze, it's so handy 😊

Clarification: This talk will absolutely be relevant to all groups, just drawing it to the attention of the non-psych folk :)

Hey from London! Chronic migraine here. I concur, it sucks, quite a bit, but trying my best. Great that this list exists, I was so put off using X in recent times, I never got round to finding fellow migraineurs. Strength and pain relief to you all 💪💙✊

Hey :-) Nice to see you here! Hoping I can keep seeing Bayerisch content here 🍺 We are a creature-less household these days so I need my social media fix 🥲
