What a bittersweet afternoon at the Princess Half Marathon Expo! This is set to likely be my last time attending due to incoming Federal and Florida State Laws. I love this event so much and I’m excited for the races this weekend that I’ve been running with my mom since 2016. I will find my joy!!!

I couldn't agree more. As legislators, trans people have so many issues we care about and want to pass policy on (infrastructure, housing, healthcare, etc.) But as TRANS legislators, we must first and foremost stand defiantly against the efforts of our government to eradicate our community.
